Synapse is Segment’s flagship event, bringing together engineers, product leaders, and marketers around the idea of turning data into growth.

I led the development of a scalable visual system that unified the experience across physical and digital touchpoints, in collaboration with Segment’s brand and product marketing teams, along with an external environmental design partner. The system extended across wayfinding, signage, email, landing pages, and presentation templates.

Designed for consistency at scale, the system balanced flexibility with clarity—creating a cohesive experience across every surface while supporting Synapse as a key platform for both product launches and brand storytelling.
